Exactly why I was shocked, I didn’t think you would do something like that. And at least he’s a respectable enough guy to know he won’t try anything funny.

Yeah, I think it’s best not to expect anything. In fact, I think it’s least awkward to just not talk much about it at all.

Haha, even if I were drunk, I wouldn’t make THAT big of a mistake. It’s me we’re talking about after all. Any time I mention “sleeping with someone”, it definitely just means sleeping!

I guess that’s kind of the reason I let it happen, because I know him, and I know he wouldn’t expect me to do anything with him. So when he invited me over and I told him nothing was going to happen, I knew he wasn’t going to try to make anything happen. And he didn’t.

He knows I’m going away in half a year, and maybe he liked the idea of that, who knows? All I know is, I’m not going to expect anything from him.

Whoa, whoa, you said you ended up sleeping with him and then at the end “of course nothing happened”! You shocked me there! haha

Ah, it’s easy to just get caught up into things if you’re drunk, but given your previous relationship I don’t think it’ll be too hard to act like nothing ever happened…unless he starts asking you to date him. But even in that case you have that whole “I’m going away in half a year” excuse, so I think it should work out ok.

We’re always getting involved in weird stuff when the exams are around, huh?

Speaking as someone who was so involved in theatre.. I can’t believe you’ve never watched a musical before!! Oh the travesty… lol!

Sometimes a little distraction is okay, and even encouraged. Don’t beat yourself up too much. As long as it doesn’t start getting in the way of things. Also, it’s great that you live in the moment, even though it seems like it got you somewhere where you didn’t want to be.

Remember, you can’t change what you’ve done, but you can make better choices for yourself in the future :)
